Information you choose to provide
The audit form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not submit or store those answers on an Eastonix server. If you send the email, Eastonix receives the information included in it, such as your industry, team size, workflow description and contact details.
Technical information and analytics
The hosting provider may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information and request logs. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics receives information about pages viewed, device and browser characteristics, approximate region, referral source and actions such as booking-link or enquiry clicks. Google advertising signals and ad-personalisation features are disabled. Analytics does not load until you accept.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Project data is handled under the applicable proposal or statement of work.
Sharing and providers
Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, email, documents, project delivery and contracted AI infrastructure. Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Eastonix does not sell personal data.
Retention
Unconverted enquiry emails are normally retained for up to 12 months. Client records may be retained longer where needed for a contract, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligation. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required.
Your choices and grievances
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data held by Eastonix, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or raise a grievance. Security, children and changes
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Services are intended for businesses and not for children. This policy may be updated as services and legal requirements change; the date above will show the latest revision.
