Cancellation Policy

Eastonix is the trading name used by Adyan Rehaman for independent AI services. Eastonix does not take payment through this website. Cancellation and refund terms for a paid engagement are confirmed in the accepted proposal before payment.

Before work begins

Where an audit or workshop is cancelled at least 48 hours before kickoff, any refund entitlement follows the accepted proposal, less disclosed non-refundable payment or third-party charges.

After work begins

Fees for completed work, reserved delivery capacity and non-cancellable third-party costs may not be refundable. Unstarted future milestones are handled according to the proposal. Paid-for work is handed over in its then-current condition where practical and lawful.

Cancellation by Eastonix

If Eastonix cancels without client breach and cannot deliver the agreed work, the undelivered portion of fees paid will be refunded. No refund is due for work paused or terminated because of non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or material breach.

Email adyan@eastonix.com or call +91 63978 81966 with the client name, invoice and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to normal bank or payment-network processing times and applicable law.
