Terms of Service
Last updated 6 October 2026
These website terms apply to services offered by Adyan Rehaman under the trading name Eastonix from Delhi NCR, India. Eastonix is not presented as a separately incorporated company. A signed proposal or statement of work governs each paid engagement and takes priority if it conflicts with this page.
Website information
Website content and pricing ranges are general information, not a binding offer or guarantee. A project begins only after the scope, acceptance criteria, timeline, fees and payment terms are agreed in writing.
Scope and changes
Eastonix provides operational AI audits, workflow automation, implementation and optional management. Only deliverables stated in the accepted proposal are included. Changes may affect price and timing and require written agreement.
Delivery timing
The 21-day delivery window applies only when the accepted proposal identifies the project as an eligible Focused AI Workflow. The period begins after the agreement, initial payment, sample data, required system access and decision-maker availability are complete. Client delays, scope changes and third-party outages may adjust the schedule.
Fees and third-party costs
Fees, taxes and milestones are set out in the proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise, third-party API, hosting, messaging and software charges are paid by the client. Published ranges are indicative and exclude applicable taxes and usage costs.
Ownership and licences
After full payment, the client receives the rights to custom code and project-specific deliverables described in the proposal. Eastonix retains pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods and know-how. Open-source and third-party materials remain subject to their own licences and terms.
AI and human review
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. The client remains responsible for lawful use, required notices and consents, human review, and consequential business decisions. Any promised accuracy or performance target must appear in the written acceptance criteria.
Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect the other’s non-public information and use it only for the engagement. Project-specific data handling, providers and safeguards may be recorded in the proposal or data-processing schedule.
Warranty and liability
Eastonix will use reasonable skill and care and, unless a proposal states another period, correct reproducible in-scope defects reported within 30 days of handover. To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and Eastonix’s total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and disputes
Termination, payment for completed work and handover obligations follow the accepted proposal. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. These terms are governed by Indian law.
